Anne Dudek

Anne Louise Dudek (born August 25 in 1970) is a famous American actress. Her best-known work is her character of Tiffany Wilson from the 2004 film White Chicks Danielle Brooks of the USA Network series Covert Affairs and Dr. Amber Volakis of the Fox show House. The most well-known character played by Anne Dudek is that of Tiffany Wilson, in the 2004 movie White Chicks. Also, she is well-known for her roles on television as the character Dr. Amber Volakis in Fox's sitcom House Danielle Brookson in USA Network's drama Covert Affairs and Lura Grant in HBO's drama Big Love. Dudek is a Massachusetts resident who went to Northwestern University. It was in Northwestern that she received her debut acting role as Lura Grant in The Iphigenia Cycle. In New York City, the production was taken off-Broadway where Dudek won the Joseph E. calloway award and American Theater Magazine profiled her as a young actor to follow. Dudek was able to get parts on television as well as film. She is a talented actress who is a mother of two, was a bride from 2008 to 2016, to Matthew Heller. Dudek was originally birthed at Boston Massachusetts, on March 22nd 1975. She was raised in Newton. In her early days, she attended Northwestern University where she performed in several theatre productions. She also made her Broadway debut in Wrong Mountain (2000). She later won the Connecticut Critics Circle Award for her role in The Glass Menagerie. Then she appeared on TV initially in the British comedy-drama The Book Group. Since then, she's appeared in several guest roles on TV shows including Desperate housewives Friends The Way I Met Your Mother Charmed Bones Six Feet Under and Desperate Housewives. In the pilot of Psych the actress played Lucinda and on Law & Order Criminal Intent an instructor who was in a relationship with a student. Dudek got her first role in House during its fourth season as Amber Volakis. Amber is among the forty of Dr. Gregory House's forty of candidates to be an indefinite member of House's team. The character continued to be on the show throughout the season but was eventually removed from the show in the two-part finale Wilson's Heart and the Head of House. Then, she returned in the show's episode Saviors from Season 5, as the hallucination of House. Dudek continued to appear as House for the remainder of the season. Dudek made an appearance in Mad Men, as the neighbor who lived next to Francine Hanson. In addition, she was the antagonistic wife for Alby Grant in Big Love. Both roles were regular. Dudek was on Covert Affairs, portraying Danielle Brooks as the sister of main character. Dudek played Tiffany Wilson, the cruise-line proprietor of the cruise line in White Chicks (2004 comedy) and Anthony Hopkins' daughter in The Human Stain.
